By downloading, installing, or using LinguaAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
LinguaAI is an AI assistant application for macOS, iOS, and watchOS that provides an interface to connect with third-party AI providers including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Mistral AI, and others. The App uses a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) model, requiring users to provide their own API keys.

LinguaAI, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Jacobs Language Services and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to content you create or process using the App. LinguaAI does not claim ownership of your prompts, conversations, or any other content you generate.
LinguaAI may be available for purchase through the Apple App Store. Payment is processed by Apple according to their terms.
Refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy. LinguaAI does not directly process refunds.
The purchase price of LinguaAI does not include API usage costs from third-party providers. You are solely responsible for all charges from AI providers.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AI models may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content. LinguaAI makes no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI responses.
There is no guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jacobs Language Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

These Terms may be modified at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your devices.
Access to the App may be suspended or terminated if you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jacobs Language Services operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jacobs Language Services regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
